Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. (Note: For shipping to APO/FPO addresses, please contact us at hello@sanctuarysleepco.com before placing your order.)

Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We provide Economy Shipping for all orders.

Orders $30 and over: FREE SHIPPING (Includes the CrownLift Insert System)

Orders under $30: $6.90 Flat Rate

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's progress. Please be sure to include your email in order.

Damaged on Arrival: Please contact us at hello@sanctuarysleepco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement or a full refund within 10 business days to your original payment method once we receive the item and inspect it.

Lost Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the item, please check with neighbors and contact your local carrier. If the issue persists, email us for assistance.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is processed. Contact us immediately if you notice an error.
