What exactly is a Pillow Lift Kit?
It's a simple 3-height system (1", 2", and 3") that lifts your pillow's support from the inside. You keep the pillow you already sleep on — just slide the right height into the included pocket pillowcase, then slide your pillow inside the pillowcase on top of the lift, and you've upgraded the loft and stability of the whole setup without buying another pillow.
Do I need to buy a new pillow to use it?
No — that's the whole point. The Lift Kit is designed to upgrade the pillow you already love. It works with memory foam, down, down-alternative, fiber, and shredded/adjustable pillows. The surface stays yours; the Kit just adds the structure underneath.
Which height should I start with?
Most back sleepers start with the 1" or 2" lift. Most side sleepers start with the 2" or 3" — a side sleeper's shoulder holds the mattress farther away from the head, so a taller lift keeps the neck in line with the spine. All three heights ship together, so you can try each one and settle on the height that feels best for how you sleep.
Does it work with memory foam, down, and adjustable pillows?
Yes. The Lift Kit is pillow-agnostic — it sits inside the included pocket pillowcase, which slips over your existing standard or queen pillow. Whether your pillow is foam, down, fiber, or shredded/adjustable, you can insert the Kit and keep the feel of the pillow you already like.
How long does it take to feel a difference?
