Crown Lift®

Everything you need to get started — from choosing your height to finding the setup that supports you best.

Step 1

Choose Your Height

Before your first night with Crown Lift®, try each configuration to find the support that feels right for you.

TIP: Always start low. Begin with 1 support core, sleep on it, then add height one core at a time until you find the lift that keeps you supported all night.

1 Support Core

Gentle Lift

Ideal for a subtle boost under your existing pillow, or for side sleepers who want light support without changing their sleep feel.

Everyday Support

The most common setup — enough lift to Stop the Head Drop™ and hold alignment through a full night's sleep.

Suggested for: Nightly use

3 Support Cores

Full Elevation

Maximum lift for more pronounced head drop, post-surgical recovery, or anyone who needs extra height to feel supported.

Suggested for: Recovery periods, higher support needs

These are general guidelines, not requirements. Choose the height that feels most supportive for you.

Step 2

Choose Your Setup

Crown Lift® works with the pillow you already have — or completely on its own.

Insert Into Your Pillow

Slide Crown Lift® into your favorite pillow to rebuild the lift it's lost.

Use It On Its Own

Skip the extra pillow — Crown Lift® supports on its own, right where you need it.

Step 3

Position Crown Lift®

Follow the steps below based on the setup you chose in Step 2.

Under Your Pillow

  1. 1

    Open Your Pillow

Find the opening on your pillow, or place Crown Lift® where your head naturally rests.

  2. 2

    Place Crown Lift®

Slide the support cores into position, centered where your head will land.

  3. 3

    Settle In

Lie back and adjust your head position until you feel the lift supporting you.

  4. 4

    Adjust As Needed

If it feels too high or too low, remove or add a support core until it's right.

On Its Own

  1. 1

    Choose Your Height

Stack your support cores to your preferred configuration.

  2. 2

    Position Crown Lift®

Place it where your head and neck will rest.

  3. 3

    Settle In

Lie back and let Crown Lift® hold your alignment as you fall asleep.

TIP: If Crown Lift® feels like it's shifting overnight, try removing one support core for a lower profile.
TIP: Give yourself a few nights to adjust — your body will tell you which height works best.

Your Lift, Your Way

Stack it. Lower it. Move it. Find the support that works for you.

Pull the cover over the remaining length of the support cores, working toward the back edge.

  3. 3

    Smooth The Fabric

Smooth the fabric for a snug, even fit.

  4. 4

    Close It Fully

Close the cover fully so the support cores are completely enclosed.

Questions, answered

What is Crown Lift®?

Crown Lift® is an adjustable pillow support system built on LiftCore™ Support Technology. Shaped support cores slide into the pillow you already own — or rest on their own — to hold the height your pillow loses overnight.

Is Crown Lift® safe to use with my current pillow?

Yes. Crown Lift® is designed to work with standard and queen pillows — down, memory foam, fiber, or adjustable. Please read and follow all instructions and safety information included with your Crown Lift® before use.

How do I know which height is right for me?

Always start with 1 support core — the lowest lift — then build up from there. Every system ships with all three heights — 1", 2", and 3" — so you can tune the lift any night until it feels right.

Is Crown Lift® patented?

Crown Lift® is a patent-pending design, created in Charlotte, NC by Sanctuary Sleep Co.
