Your complete guide to
How To Use
Crown Lift®
Everything you need to get started — from choosing your height to finding the setup that supports you best.

Choose Your Height
Before your first night with Crown Lift®, try each configuration to find the support that feels right for you.

1 Support Core
Gentle Lift
Ideal for a subtle boost under your existing pillow, or for side sleepers who want light support without changing their sleep feel.
Suggested for: Getting started with Crown Lift®

2 Support Cores
Everyday Support
The most common setup — enough lift to Stop the Head Drop™ and hold alignment through a full night's sleep.
Suggested for: Nightly use

3 Support Cores
Full Elevation
Maximum lift for more pronounced head drop, post-surgical recovery, or anyone who needs extra height to feel supported.
Suggested for: Recovery periods, higher support needs
These are general guidelines, not requirements. Choose the height that feels most supportive for you.

Crown Lift® works with the pillow you already have — or completely on its own.

What is Crown Lift®?
Crown Lift® is an adjustable pillow support system built on LiftCore™ Support Technology. Shaped support cores slide into the pillow you already own — or rest on their own — to hold the height your pillow loses overnight.
Is Crown Lift® safe to use with my current pillow?
Yes. Crown Lift® is designed to work with standard and queen pillows — down, memory foam, fiber, or adjustable. Please read and follow all instructions and safety information included with your Crown Lift® before use.
How do I know which height is right for me?
Always start with 1 support core — the lowest lift — then build up from there. Every system ships with all three heights — 1", 2", and 3" — so you can tune the lift any night until it feels right.
Is Crown Lift® patented?
Crown Lift® is a patent-pending design, created in Charlotte, NC by Sanctuary Sleep Co.
