Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your CrownLift Insert System. That's why we offer a 30-Night Sleep Guarantee. If you aren't sleeping better after consistent use, contact us and we'll make it right.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

If your item is unused and in its original packaging, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Once we receive and inspect the return, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you've used the system consistently and aren't satisfied, you may return it within 30 nights of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Any free gifts included with your order are yours to keep. Please send us an email at hello@sanctuarysleepco.com with your order number and reason for return so that we may send you a return shipping label. Please allow us 24–48 hours during weekdays to fulfill this label request.

To be eligible for an unused item return, items must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll resolve it immediately.

Email us at hello@sanctuarysleepco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps.

For used items under our 30-Night Guarantee, we may provide the option to donate your item to a local registered charity. This saves you the hassle of repackaging and helps someone in need. Simply send us a photo of your donation receipt, and we'll issue your full refund immediately.
