For neck pain · side sleepers · morning stiffness

The best pillow for neck pain isn't a new pillow.

It's the one you already love — with the right support underneath. Crown Lift® is an adjustable support core designed to fix head drop and unstable loft, and ease morning stiffness without replacing the pillow you sleep on now.

Why pillows cause neck pain

Your head drops. Your neck bends. Your pillow can't hold you up.

Every pillow — foam, down, fiber, adjustable — softens and collapses from the inside. What starts as a supportive surface ends as a hollow your head sinks into every night.

For side sleepers the drop is worse: your shoulder holds the mattress away from your head, so a flat pillow leaves your neck bent all night. That's the head-drop most people wake up with — and no amount of fluffing fixes it, because the structure inside your pillow is gone.

Why most "neck pain pillows" miss

The internet keeps handing you the same three answers. Here's where each one falls short.

01

Contour foam pillow

Real support if you sleep flat on your back — but the shape is fixed, side sleepers fight the curve, and the surface feels like foam, not a pillow.

02

Adjustable shredded foam

You can add or remove fill, but the surface still feels like shredded foam. You're replacing the pillow you like, not fixing it.

03

Buying a new pillow every 6 months

It's the most expensive answer and the least effective — pillows collapse from the inside long before they look worn out.

The upgrade answer

Meet Crown Lift®

Think of it as the shoe insole for your pillow.

Adjustable loft, not a fixed shape

Three support core heights let you tune support the same way you'd tune a mattress — no throwing out a $150 contour pillow because it's slightly too tall.

Keeps the pillow you already love

The surface stays yours: same feel, same fabric, same softness. Crown Lift® just adds the structure underneath that your pillow can't give on its own.

Built for side, back & combo sleepers

Change heights in seconds when you switch positions or when a partner needs a different feel. One system, not another pillow to buy.

LiftCore™ Support Technology

Structure where loose fill gives out.

LiftCore™ is the firm, structured core inside every Crown Lift®. Loose fill compresses under the weight of your head and keeps compressing through the night. A structured core is designed to hold its shape instead — so the height you set at bedtime is close to the height you still have at 3am.

Holds its shape

Built to resist the slow collapse that turns a good pillow into a flat spot by morning.

Adjustable 1", 2", 3"

Three support cores let you dial in the height that suits your sleep position — side, back, or somewhere between.

Works inside your pillow

Slides beneath your existing fill. You keep the pillow you already love; LiftCore™ handles the support.

Neck-pain questions, answered.

I'm a side sleeper — will this actually help my neck pain?

Yes. Side sleepers usually need more loft than back sleepers because your shoulder adds distance between your ear and the mattress. Crown Lift® ships with three heights (1", 2", and 3"). Most side sleepers settle on the 2" or 3" support core to keep their neck in line with their spine instead of dropping toward the mattress.

What about stomach sleepers?

Stomach sleeping is the hardest position on your neck no matter what pillow you use, because your head is turned to one side all night. If you sleep on your stomach and want to use Crown Lift®, most people start with the thinnest 1" support core to keep the head low, or use it under a very soft pillow so the surface stays flat.

I have a cervical or herniated disc issue. Is this safe for me?

Neck pain from a diagnosed cervical or disc condition is a medical issue, and we don't make any claim that Crown Lift® treats, fixes, or relieves it. If a doctor is already involved in your care, please talk with them about any change to your sleep setup before trying a new insert or pillow.

Does it work with my memory foam / down / adjustable pillow?

Yes. Crown Lift® sits inside the included pocket pillowcase, which slips over your existing standard or queen pillow. It works with memory foam, down, down-alternative, fiber, and shredded/adjustable pillows — you keep the surface you already like.

How long before I feel a difference?

Most people feel the change the first night — the head-drop and morning stiffness they were fighting with an unsupported pillow tend to ease right away. Give yourself about a week to try each support core height and settle on the one that feels best for how you sleep.
