For CPAP sleepers

CPAP comfort starts under your head.

Keep the pillow you already sleep on. Crown Lift® adds an adjustable support insert underneath it, so you can set the height where your mask sits comfortably and your hose has room to run.

Same pillow. Different support underneath it.

When the pillow flattens, everything shifts.

A pillow that has gone soft lets your head sink. Your face settles deeper into the fill, the mask edge gets pressed from the side, and the hose ends up pinched under your cheek or tugging across the pillow. Most people fix it by stacking a second pillow — which changes the angle of the whole night.

The support insert slides into the fitted pocket pillowcase, under the fill.

Keep the pillow. Change the support.

  • Slide a support insert into the fitted pocket pillowcase.
  • Put your own pillow in on top of it.
  • Adjust the height until the mask sits comfortably and your neck feels open.

Adjust it to your setup.

The Crown Lift® System includes 1", 2" and 3" support inserts. Swap them or combine them until the height feels right. Side sleepers wearing a mask often want more height than they expect, because the shoulder takes up space the pillow used to fill.

CPAP questions.

Does Crown Lift work with any CPAP mask?
Crown Lift sits inside your pillow, not on your face, so it works the same with nasal pillows, nasal masks and full-face masks. It does not attach to the mask or the machine.
Will the hose still have room?
Crown Lift changes the height and firmness under your head. Many people use that height to keep the head from sinking into the pillow, which leaves more open space beside the face for the hose.
Do I have to buy a special CPAP pillow?
No. Crown Lift is designed for the pillow you already own. The support insert goes into a fitted pocket pillowcase and sits under the fill of your pillow.
Can I wash the pillowcase?
Yes. The fitted pocket pillowcase is machine washable. Remove the support insert first and wipe it clean if needed.
What if it does not help?
