The only reason this product is a 4/5 is due to the use of AI art in the product instructions, as even though this was a pretty simple product to figure out, it took the both of us about half an hour to puzzle out how exactly you were supposed to find the correct insert height due to there being 2 "step three's" along side gibberish text that looked like Ithkuil and images that did not help whatsoever. Please hire a human artist or have real people model for the instruction sheet as it definitely detracted from the experience. Overall fantastic just please hire humans."

"The Crown Lift System is a very versatile product. I used to use a rolled up towel behind my neck for comfort when I slept on my back but the 1" pillow inside my pillowcase works much better. When I sleep on my side, I use the 2" pillow between my knees to alleviate hip discomfort. The 3" pillow works wonders behind my back in my office chair. Three issues-one product! I recommend it!"

"I highly recommend the Crown Lift for its versatility. One of my favorite features is the adjustable crown lift, which I can position based on my needs. On most days, I place it inside the pillowcase, under my pillow, for more subtle support. When I’ve strained my neck, especially after playing volleyball, I move the crown lift to the front for firmer, more targeted support while I recover. Yes. CrownLift Insert is designed to slide into the pocket of the included pillowcase, which fits over any standard or queen pillow you already own. It works with down, memory foam, fiber, and adjustable pillows.
The pocket pillowcase is machine washable on cold, tumble dry low. The inserts themselves are spot-clean only to preserve their shape and support.
Yes. Many side sleepers prefer the 2" or 3" insert for a higher, firmer feel. You can tune the height any night by swapping inserts.
Most back sleepers settle on the 1" or 2" insert within their first week. The full system ships with all three so you can try each and find your fit.
