Does Crown Lift® work with a contour or cervical-shaped pillow?
Yes. Crown Lift® is a support core that goes inside the included pocket pillowcase with your existing pillow — cervical-shaped, contour, memory foam, down, fiber, or shredded. You keep the shape and surface you already sleep on, with added support underneath.
Why does a pillow change over time?
Nightly use compresses any fill. Foam softens, down flattens, and adjustable fill settles, so the height that felt right at the start gradually gets lower. It's the same thing that happens to a couch cushion — it just happens quietly enough that most people notice the sleep before they notice the pillow.
How much lift should I start with?
