Will Crown Lift® fit inside my existing pillow?
Yes. Crown Lift® is designed to slide into the pocket of the included pillowcase, which fits over any standard or queen pillow you already own. It works with down, memory foam, fiber, and adjustable pillows.
Is Crown Lift® machine washable?
The pocket pillowcase is machine washable on cold, tumble dry low. The support inserts themselves are spot-clean only to preserve their shape and support.
I'm a side sleeper. Will this still work for me?
Yes. Many side sleepers prefer the 2" or 3" support insert for a higher, firmer feel. You can tune the height any night by swapping support inserts.
I'm a back sleeper. Which support insert do most back sleepers use?
Most back sleepers settle on the 1" or 2" support insert within their first week. The full system ships with all three so you can try each and find your fit.
