Crown Lift® / Support Insert Technology — FAQ
Common questions about Support Insert Technology, the Crown Lift® support insert, sizing, and how it works with the pillow you already own.
For the fuller explanation of the naming change, read Introducing Support Insert Technology.
Support Insert Technology is the patented system used in Crown Lift® pillow support products. It works by placing an adjustable support insert underneath the pillow you already own, restoring the lift and support that pillow had when it was new — without replacing the pillow itself.
